Look good feel good

Whenever I conduct a training session on beauty, specifically skincare, I will get questions on how to have a problem free skin, especially pimples and pigmentation. It all boils down to internal and external care. Externally, make sure your skin is kept clean and protected with a moisturizer of your skin type. Internally, you have to observe your diet, manage your stress level and have enough sleep. The following are 6 questions that you can use as checklist on looking good and feel good by answering YES or NO. Next count the number of yes that you have and you will get the answer to your skin's condition.

1. Do you have enough beauty sleep (between 10pm to 6am) ? Yes No
2. Do you eat a balanced diet ? Yes No
3. Are you free from stress? Yes No
4. Do you exercise daily? Yes No
5. Do you bathe everyday? Yes No
6. Are you free from constipation? Yes No

If you have 4 and below Yes - youhave a pathetic skin condition andyou would need to improve on your lifestyle in order to look good and feel good.
5 -6 Yes, you must continue to improve and maintain that healthy lifestyle.

Besides having a checklist on your lifestyle, you would need to know your skintype as well, in order to select the right skincare. This is then followed by the correct skincare steps to ensure your skin gets the best care.
Regular scrubbing with skin polishers will help to remove debris and deadskin cells from the skin, giving the skin another boost. Using a facial mask once a week will do wonders to the skin.
These are the very basics of skincare. If one is able to follow it consistently, then one will betheownerof a beautiful, youthful skin. How wouldyou feel if someone wereto guess your age to be 33 years old, when in fact you are only 30 years old. And what if that person says you are 28? You would be smiling throughout the day.
