Morning shower will shake and wake you up, and get you going. Some pointers to follow in order to have that shower power.
- go for a quick shower and keep water temperature comfortably warm. Avoid hot water as it
dehydrates the skin
- For shower soap or body cleansers, it is best to choose one that is suitable for your body
skintype. If your body skin is dry, select a moisturizing beauty bar or soap, or a hydrating gel.
- For rough patches on the kness, thighs, buttocks and elbows, use cleansing grains o body
scrubs to slough away dry, flaky skin. Or you can use a loofah sponge to gently remove scaly
and flaky skin.
- Roughened, cracked heels, use a pumice stone on the roughened heel and calluses on balls of
the feet. Do this when the heels are wet or apply body cleansers on it first.
- Next, rinse the body well, and pat dry with a clean towel. Avoid rubbing the skin with towel.
Apply body lotion over the entire body while the skin is still damp. You can also use an oil
spray over your body. Applying body lotion or iol spray while the body skin is still damp will
help to lock the moisture in and helps to reduce dehydration.
